Refund policy

Returns
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please use the Contact Us page. Defective or damaged items can be returned for a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)
For returns that are not defective/damaged, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed (minus shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your purchase for a different item, please use the Contact Us page to notify us of your exchange request and ship your item to: 4417 Destinys Gate Drive, Austin TX 78727. I will contact you if needed to get more information about your exchange request. You will be responsible for the return shipping of the original purchase but not for the shipping for the exchange item being sent to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item for a refund (with the exception of defective/damaged items). Shipping costs are non-refundable (with the exception of defective/damaged items). 

If you are returning an item with a value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
